Social Media For Real Estate Agents…

How I got Started

If you’re new here, let me catch you up.

We relocated our family of six to Utah, where we had no existing connections. Eager to restart my real estate business, I was determined to avoid the conventional approach.

Having spent 15 years in San Diego, I witnessed my neighbor successfully establish a business primarily through social media. Believing in the potential for real estate, I decided to give it a try.

Seated in the carpool pickup line one day, iPhone in hand, I initiated my @mariahkhomes Instagram page. Just four months later, I secured my first listing, marking the beginning of an exhilarating journey.

Since then, I've facilitated transactions worth millions of dollars, and it feels like I'm only scratching the surface.

My story demonstrates that you can thrive in real estate without adhering to outdated norms. All it takes is a dash of creativity, a substantial amount of hard work, and a robust social media presence.

Thrilled to have you here; this marks the journey toward time freedom.
